Dorothy and Mowry’s Wedding

A little over a year ago Mowry  set up the most amazing scavenger hunt for Dorothy. The adventure started in Baltimore, Maryland and led her to the top of New York City’s Rockefeller Center Plaza. After winding her way through friends and loved ones on the way, the hunt ended with one magical question being asked and the answer being yes! From that proposal began the new journey of Mowry and Dorothy’s life together.

One of the best parts was it was recorded for the Cooks to watch whenever they wanted to relive the day again.

After an incredible and fun loving proposal the wedding day was set for June 16, 2012. The location chosen was the Country Club of Maryland in Towson. The biggest concern for any outdoor wedding is always the weather. You find yourself checking the forecast every morning. Luckily for the bride and groom the 16th turned out to be a lovely spring day which made for a beautiful outdoor wedding. Dorothy and Mowry wanted to take photos before the wedding so they could enjoy cocktail hour with their friends and family. We wanted to do something special for the first time they saw each other, and I can say I don’t think it could have worked out any better. With the location we chose both of their families got a little chance to spy on them through the windows as Dustin and I took their photographs. Like most weddings, the festivities go by so fast but for Dorothy and Mowry they will continue on the rest of their lives. Congratulations! I wish you the both the best of luck.
